The Lakeview Kitchen offers a cozy year - round ambiance for hotel guests, travelers and foodies who want to experience a blend of traditional and modern flavors prepared in or adapted to the local Prespa style.

As a member of the Slow Food international network, all of our fresh produce is sourced from either our own on-site garden or from local producers. Our kitchen staff has worked closely with Slow Food's team of chefs to create a menu for every pallette, offering a variety of Prespa-native Trout, Belvica and Carp; Village-style beef and vegetables; Mediterranean inspired home-made Hummus; South American flavored quesadillas and much more.
